Higher Things is a non-for-profit (NPO) religious organization catering to Lutheran Youth.

They approached me in the Fall of 2019 to conduct a strategic 3-day workshop to uncover the needs of the organization and to create a pathway to their relaunch as an organization. During this workshop I utilized a variety of strategic exercises including: hot air balloon, SWOT, past/current/future, stakeholder assessment and persona creation, KPI discoveries, and rebranding.

The organization contracted to rebrand and launch new forward-facing touch points for them. After the success of the launch, I've been on retainer as their organization Designer and Digital Strategist.
